What it costs

Prices follow demand. Quiet days cost less than busy ones, so a Tuesday in November costs less than a Saturday in July. The booking calendar colours each day, so you can see the cheaper ones before you choose.

Cargo bikeRoom in the box for two children, a picnic or the shopping. Three wheels, so it stands on its own.DKK 500

A child seat or a toddler seat comes fitted to its own city bike, which has its own price.

What's included

Every bike has lights front and back. All taxes included.

Please lock the bike every time you leave it. Unlocked bikes here rarely wait for their owners.

If your plans change

Cancelling 72 hours or more before your rental starts (09:30 on your first day): Free. We refund the whole amount the way you paid. Refunds usually show within 5 to 10 working days.
Cancelling less than 72 hours before: We charge the full price.
Not turning up: If you don't come and haven't cancelled in time, we charge the full price.
Changing your dates: Cancel and book again. Cancelling is free up to 72 hours before the start, and the new booking is at the price for the new dates. Closer than that, please email us at rental@jatakbikerental.dk: if the bikes are free on your new dates, we'll see what we can do.
Rain: There are no refunds for weather.
If we cancel your booking: Whatever the reason, you get back everything you paid.
When the rental ends: A rental day runs until 09:30 the next morning, so bikes for Tuesday to Thursday come back by 09:30 on Friday. Bikes brought back late are charged a full extra day.
