In the walk-in hours, just come in: no booking needed. Outside them, you can pick up at a time you book online, up to 18:00 the day before. Someone comes in just for you, so please be on time. Anything else? Email us at rental@jatakbikerental.dk.
Hauser Plads is the small square a short walk north of the Round Tower, a couple of minutes from Kultorvet.
Nørreport Station, on M1 and M2 and the S-trains, is about five minutes away on foot.
Please bring the bikes back by 09:30 on the morning after your last day. In opening hours, bring them to the door and we'll check them in with you.When the shop is closed, park the bikes in the bike rack in front of the shop and lock them with all the locks. Put the keys and the loose accessories in the designated self-return box: anything we gave you that isn't fixed to the bike, such as a phone holder or a light on an elastic band. Anything fixed to the bike or part of it, such as the bell, screwed-on lights and the saddle, stays on the bike. Then email a photo of the locked bikes to return@jatakbikerental.dk: the time you send it counts as your return time.
